2005S48-RAFAEL GARZA SURVEY ORDINANCE NO. 05-5-48 AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC) ORPINANCE 96-S-28 BY REZONING 4.0:1: ACRES OUT OF THE RAFAEL GARZA SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 98, COMAL COUNTY, TEXAS FROM PRE-DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD) TO MANUFACTURING DISTRICT-LIGHT (M-l). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner. SECTION I "Rezoning 4.0:1: acres ofland out of the Rafael Garza Survey, Abstract No. 98, Comal County, Texas, being more particularly described in the Field Notes attached and made part hereof, from Pre-Development District (PD) to Manufacturing District-Light (M-l), Exhibit 'A"'.
