SPECIAL MEETING
May 2, 2011
A Special Meeting was held by the Schertz City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas, on May 2,
2011, at 11:00 a.m., in the Municipal Complex Administration Building #2, 1400 Schertz
Parkway, Schertz, Texas. The following members present to-wit:
Mayor Hal Baldwin Mayor Pro -Tem Michael Carpenter
Councilmember aim Fowler Councilmember David Scagliola
Councihnember Cedric Edwards Councilmember George Antuna
CALL TO ORDER REGULAR MEETING
Mayor Baldwin called the meeting to order at 11:01 a.m.
Mayor Baldwin adjourned into executive session at 11:02 a.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Called under Chapter 551 Texas Government Code, Sub-section 551.074 -Deliberate the
appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties or dismissal of the City Manager.
RECESS EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR LUNCH BREAK
Mayor Baldwin recessed the Executive Session at 12:30 p.m. for a lunch break.
RECONVENE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Baldwin reconvened into executive session at 1:00 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Called under Chapter 551 Texas. Government Code, Sub-section 551.074 -Deliberate the
appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties or dismissal of the City Manager.
RECONVENE TO REGULAR SESSION
Mayor Baldwin reconvened back into regular session at 5: 30 p.m.
1. Take any action deemed necessary as a result of the Executive Session.
No Action taken.
Adjournment
As there was no further action, Mayor Baldwin adjourned the meeting at 5:31 p.m.
