AN ORDINANCEBY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 86-41 STOP INTERSECTIONS-
DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT, Chapter 86-41 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be amended to add the
following:
*Sec. 86-41 Stop Intersections-Designated
Through Street
Nell Deane BIvd
Cross or Stop Street
Chestnut Drive
SECTION II
THAT, all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
