2005R18-Election of Director to Appraisl Dist. RESOLUTION NO. 05-R-18 A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ. TEXAS CASTING VOTES TO ELECT DIRECTORS FOR THE GUADALUPE COllNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR THE YEARS 2006-2007. WHEREAS. Section 6.cl3 (k), of the Texas Property Tax Code, as amended by HB2043, requires that each taxing unit entitled to vote cast their vote by Resolution and submit results of that vote to the Chief Appraiser of the Guadalupe Appraisal District before December IS, 2005 THEREFORE.
