A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE OF APPENDIX C OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF SCHERTZ, ThXAS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 08-M-43 ("the Ordinance") governs the fees charged
by the City for goods and services provided; and
WHEREAS, Section 1 ofi Ordinance No. OS-M-43 specifies that Exhibit "A" to the
Ordinance may be amended by a resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS;
SECTION 1.
The schedule attached to this resolution, hereinafter known, as Exhibit "A" shall
establish the fees to be charged for the Ciiy goads and services named in the
attachment.
SECTION II.
Appendix C of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas is hereby
amended to read as shown in the attached and incorporated Exhibit "A" hereto.
SECTION II[.
This resolution shall be effective for all services rendered and products sold effective
October 1, 2011.
