AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SCHEHIZ, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING
THE TADCO PARK II ZONE.
WHEREAS, Section 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code allows the creation of
Reinvestment Zones; and,
WHEREAS, the property (hereinafter called the Property) is owned by Trinity
Asset Development/Tri-County Ltd., described as Lot 5, Block 3, Tri-County Business
and Industrial Park Unit I located in Guadalupe County. The 14.07 acres are located
in Comal and Guadalupe Counties.
WHEREAS, it is the belief of the City Council that by establishing the TADCO
PARK II ZONE, it is reasonably likely to contribute to the retention or expansion of
primary employment or to attract major investment in the zone that would benefit the
property and would contribute to the economic development of the property; and,
WHEREAS, it has been the stated policy of this Council to support and promote
the economic development of this community; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing

was held to receive public comment
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, City Council of the City of Schertz hereby establishes the TADCO PARK II
ZONE under the pro~sions of Section 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code.
