AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 86-149, PARKING
PROHIBITED; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT, Chapter 86 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby
amended as follows:
SECTION 86-149, Parking Prohibited (a) When signs are erected giving notice thereof,
no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the following streets or portions
thereof:
STREET
EXTENT
Livingston Drive Creating a "No Parking Zone" 94' East of
the closed gate and 40' West of the closed
gate an Livingston Drive.
SECTION II
THAT, all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
