RESOLUTION SUPPORTING RE-ZONING OF CERTAIN LAND
OWNED BY EVELYN KRAMME RIPPS AND INCLUDED IN THE
m 35/FM 3009 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Schertz, Texas to rezone
approximately 35 acres of property owned by Evelyn Kramme Ripps and located within the
ill 35/FM 3009 Public Improvement District as General Business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Schertz,
Texas as follows:
I. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to take such actions as may be
required to rezone as General Business approximately 35 acres of land owned by
Evelyn Kramme Ripps and located in the ill 35/FM 3009 Public Improvement
District. Such r~zoning shall be undertaken at the request of the City and shall be
without cost to the owner of the such land. The City Council hereby expresses its
desire that such rezoning be completed at the earliest possible opportunity.
2. This ResolutioJl shall take effect upon its adoption.
