TEXAS RECREATION & PARKS ACCOUNT SMALL GRANTS PROGRAM
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, COUNTY OF GUADALUPE, TEXAS (HEREIN
CALLED THE APPLICANT), CERTIFYING THAT THE APPLICANT'S MATCHING SHARE OF
CASH, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS ARE READILY AVAILABLE TO BEGIN
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SCHERTZ PEDESTRIAN WALKING, JOGGING, AND BIKING TRAIL
PROJECT WITH THE TEXAS RECREATION AND PARKS ACCOUNT SMALL GRANTS PROGRAM
(HEREWITHIN CALLED THE PROGRAM).
WHEREAS, the Applicant is fully eligible to receive assistance under the Program;
WHEREAS, The Program will be utilized to promote health, welfare, natural green spaces, and recreation in
the City of Schertz; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant is desirous of committing matching funds for all cash, labor, equipment and
materials for this Program;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE APPLICANT:
Section 1: That the Applicant hereby certifies that all cash, labor, equipment, and materials needed to
complete this program is available as specified by the Program.
