A RESOLUTION
TO APPOINT NEW SIGNA TORIES FOR SCHERTZ ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND TO REVOKE AUTHORIZATION OF
PRIOR APPROVED SIGNATORIES.
WHEREAS, The City of Schertz handles the day-to-day financial transactions on
behalf of the Schertz Economic Development Corporation; and
WHEREAS, The City of Schertz provides to the Schertz Economic Development
Corporation an annual audit report by independent CPA firm and attests to the good
stewardship of the Corporation's financial records and investments; NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SCHERTZ ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, the authorized signatories for the City of Schertz, Texas are hereby
appointed to serve as signatories for checks drawn upon the bank: account of Schertz
Economic Development Corporation. Furthermore, the City Manager for Schertz, Texas,
or his designee, is hereby authorized to makes investments and make withdrawals from
such an account from time to time, consistent with the City's current Investment Policy
and consistent with good financial practices.
THAT, the authorization of individuals previously designated as signatories is
hereby revoked.
