REGULAR MEETING
August 29, 20H
A Special Council meeting was held by the Schertz City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas,
on August 29, 2411, at 11:40 a.m., in the Schertz Civic Center, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Building
5, Schertz, Texas. The following members present to-wit:

CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Baldwin called the Special Council meeting to order at 11:02 a.m., members present
introduced themselves.
Chair David Richmond called the Planning & Zoning meeting to order at 11:43 a.m.
2. Discussion regarding a planning and design Charrette on the on the southern part of
Schertz, Texas. (D. Harris/Scott Palikov}
Council and Planning and Zoning Commission members were briefed by Gateway
Planning representative Scott Polikov regarding the South Schertz Planning Project.
Council Members and respective Board members expressed their thoughts, opinions and
ideas for the South Schertz area and the upcoming Planning Charette.
ADJOURNMENT
As there was no further action, Mayor Baldwin adjourned the Council joint meeting at 12:11 p.m.
Planning and Zoning Chair David Richmond adj ed the arming & Zoning Joint meeting.
