BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, SETTING A TIME, DATE AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC
HEARINGS PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
APPROXIMATELY 35.31 ACRES OF LAND, OUT OF COMAL
COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the

bounds and map, and made a part hereof.
