CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
OPPOSING HOUSE BILL 2362 AND ALL OTHER
TO REVISE OR RESTRICT ANNEXATION
OF CITIES SUCH AS THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
WHEREAS, House Bill 2362 proposes to revise annexation
laws of the State of Texas; and
WHEREAS, terms of the proposed legislation
proposed changes apply to cities that exceed
population; and
