A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF A CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS STUDY COMMITTEE TO CONSIDER CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS TO PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITIES,
IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION,
IMPROVEMENTS FOR OTHER FACILITIES; AND, CONSIDER
A MEANS OF FINANCING SUCH CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the needs of the community have changed as
growth has occurred; and
WHEREAS, as a result of
