A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, CASTING VOTES TO ELECT DIRECTORS FOR THE
GUADALUPE COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR THE YEARS
1996-1997.
WHEREAS, Section 6.03(g), of the Texas Property Tax
Code, as amended by SB 469, requires that each taxing unit
entitled to vote cast their vote by Resolution and submit
results of that vote to the Chief Appraiser of the
Guadalupe County Appraisal District by November 15, 1995.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, the City of Schertz submits the above Official
Ballot, as issued by the Chief Appraiser, stating the vote
for candidates for the election of the Board of Directors
for the Guadalupe County Appraisal District for 1996-1997.
