A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, APPOINTING TWO REPRESENTATIVES TO THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CANYON REGIONAL WATER
AUTHORITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
THAT Kenneth W. Greenwald and John E. Bierschwale
are appointed to serve as their representatives to the
Board of Trustees of Canyon Regional Water Authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT the above named representatives are authorized to
represent, and act in behalf of, the best interest of the
City of Schertz in the process of the maintaining and
conducting of business of the Canyon Regional Water
Authority, and to cast its vote on all issues related to
the Canyon Regional Water Authority.
