BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS, CASTING THE CITY'S 183
VOTES FOR GUADALUPE COUNTY APPRAISAL
DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS. Section 6.03 of the State Property Tax
Code requires the City of Schertz to cast their votes for
Guadalupe County Appraisal District Board of Directors by
resolution; and

Guadalupe County Appraisal District Board of Directors.

RESOLUTION OF VOTES CAST TO ELECT DIRECTORS FOR THE GUADALUPE
COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR THE YEARS 1994 - 1995
WHEREAS, Section 6.03(g), of the Texas Property Tax Code, as
amended by SB469, requires that each taxing unit entitled to vote
cast their vote by Resolution and submit results of that vote to
the Chief Appraiser of the Guadalupe County Appraisal District by
November 15, 1993.
THEREFORE, the City of Schertz submits the above Official Ballot,
as issued by the Chief Appraiser, stating the vote for candidates
for the election of the Board of Directors for the Guadalupe
County Appraisal District for 1994 - 1995.
ACTION TAKEN this 2nd day of November , 1993, in
Regular Session of the governing body of the above
mentioned taxing unit; as authorized under Section 6.03 of the
Texas Property Tax Code, and amended by SB469, for t purpose of
casting votes to elect the Board of Directors of the uadalupe
County Appraisal District.
