RESOLUTION NO. _td-:R_=U_ A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE HEIRS OF WILLIAM SCHNEIDER, DECEASED, ALL GRANTOR'S RIGHTS. TITLE AND INTEREST IN CERTAIN PROPERTY. WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Schertz. Texas is desirous of granting a Quitclaim Deed to the Heirs of William Schneider, deceased, for the Schneider Family Cemetery; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ. TEXAS: THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign a Quitclaim Deed conveying unto the Heirs of William Schneider. deceased, all of the City's right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the real property situated in Guadalupe County, Texas, described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, which is the same property described in a deed recorded in Volume 224, Pages 500-501 of the Deed Records of Guadalupe County, Texas.
