A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN
ALL DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE RIGHT OF
WAY ACQUISITIONS FOR FM 3009
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz is in the process of
acquiring right of way for the widening of FM 3009: and
WHEREAS, there are certain documents requiring official
signatures: NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign all
documents in connection with the right-of-way acquisitions for
Farm to Market Road 3009 widening project,
