A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE PAYMENT REQUEST FORMS AND OTHER
DOCUMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PUBLIC PROPERTY
CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION ESCROW FUND CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS SERIES 1991
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-B-1 authorizes the creation
of a trust fund to be known as the "Public Property Contractual
Obligation Escrow Fund City of Schertz, Texas Series 1991; and
WHEREAS, Certain Payment Requests will be made, and
speCific transactions must occur; and
WHEREAS, The above stated ordinance prOVides for
certain individuals to make certain representation; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT Kerry R. Sweatt, City Manager, or in the
alternative June G. Krause, City Secretary, are hereby authorized
to execute payment request forms and other documents in
accordance with the Public Property Contractual Obligation Escrow
Fund City of Schertz, Texas Series 1991.
