A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, CHANGING THE NAME OF BINZ-ENGLEMAN
ROAD TO BOENIG DRIVE
WHEREAS, there are several segments of Binz-Engleman
Road, making location identification difficult for emergency
services; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and no citizen
spoke against the proposed name change; and
WHEREAS, letters were sent to all property owners
involved, with no negative response; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT the name of Binz-Engleman Road from Scenic Lake
Drive to Ware-Seguin Road is hereby changed to "BOENIG DRIVE".
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the :3 day of
