BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AUTHOR I ZING TEE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN VEHICLES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of
determined a need to purchase
the City of
police and
Schertz, Texas,
administrative
vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the best and most economical method of obtaining
these vehicles is through an Interlocal Agreement; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into
an Interlocal Agreement by and between the City of Schertz, Texas
a:1d the Ilouston-Galveston Area Council for the purchase of
certain pelice and administrative vehicles through the Council's
Coope~ative purchasing Plan.
