A RESOLUTION
BY THE

DONATED
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF LAND
FOR THE CITY'S USE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of
been offered a tract of land to be used
no restrictions thereon; and
the City of Schertz has

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager be directed and authorized to
accept the donation of land from the estate of J.W. Bradford et
ux Edna by Jeanette Craig as follows: All that certain Lot 2,
Block 29, Live Oak Hills Subdivision, T. Herrera Survey,
Guadalupe County, Texas. The City of Schertz will be responsible
for paying closing costs.
