1988R05- PURCHASE OF LAND FOR WATER PROJECT TANK AND... RESOLUTION NO. Y$'-R- b A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE WATER PROJECT TANK EASEMENT. THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, PURCHASE OF LAND FOR AND INGRESS/EGRESS WHEREAS, the Texas, has determined water tank; and City Council of the City of Schertz, that it is necessary to construct a new WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that necessary to acquire land to complete this water project allow ingress/egress to said water project; NOW THEREFORE, it is and to BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: negotiate more than THAT the City Manager be directed and the purchase of land from Robert Cantu for $2,000.00 plus closing costs as follows: authorized to a cost of no 0.118 acres of land in the J.P. Hector Survey No.1, Bexar County, Texas for an Ingress/Egress easement as shown on attached Fie1dnotes for Tract "A" and 0.918 acres of land out of the J.P. and the Stacy B. Lewis Survey No. Texas for water project tank as Fieldnotes for Tract "B". Cantu by a Deed of Trust recorded in Volume 8322, Pages 711-714 of the Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas, and a Release of Lien recorded in Volume 3396, Page 1300 of the Real Property Records of Bexar County, Texas and said Tract "A" being out of the J.P.
