The Capital Improvements Advisory Committee, duly appointed by City Council on
November 8, 2011, received the "City of Schertz Watex System and Sanitary Sewer
System Capital Improvements Program and Impact Fee Analysis -Year 2011" report as
prepared by City Engineering Department and presented by the City Engineer.
This presentation was followed by a review and recommendation meeting held on
November 9, 2011. At this meeting, it was unanimously voted to forward the" City of
Schertz Water System and Sanitary Sewer System Capital Improvements Program and
Impact Fee Analysis -Year 2011" report to City Council with a recommendation that the
report be accepted as presented and the modif cations to the Capital Improvements Plan
and Impact Fees for Water and Sewer be accepted as presented.
The members of the committee thank Council for their faith and trust and stand ready to
continue the obligations imposed by the appointment.
