2011-R-62 Guadalupe County Appraisal District Board of DirectorsRESOLUTION NO. 11-R-62 A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS CASTING VOTES TO ELECT DIRECTORS FOR THE GUADALUPE COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR THE 2012- 2013 TERM. WHEREAS, section 6.03(k}, of the Texas Property Tax Code, as amended by HB2043, requires that each taxing unit entitled to vote cast their votes by Resolution and submit results of that vote to the Chief Appraiser of the Guadalupe County Appraisal District on or before December 15, 2011, THEREFORE, THE City of Schertz, Scheiā€¢tz Texas submits the attached Official Ballot, as issued by the Chief Appraiser, stating the votes for candidates for the election of the Board of Directors for the Guadalupe County Appraisal District for 2012-2013: 271 votes for Sylvia Schlather. ACTION TAKEN this 6`'' day of December 2011, in Regular Session of the governing body of the above mentioned taxing unit; as authorized under Section 6.03 of the Texas Property Tax Code, and amended by HB2043, for the purpose of casting votes to elect the Board of Directors of the Guadalupe County Appraisal District.
