AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OR ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 86-115,
MAXIMUM LIMITS ON SPECIFIC SREETS; AND PROVIDING A
REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Chapter 86-1 I S of the Code or Ordinances, City of Schertz, Texas be amended to
add the fallowing:
*Sec. 86-115. Maximum Speed limits generally.

Bell North Drive Doerr Lane to FM 3009 30 MPH
SECTION II
THAT, all Ordinance or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed,
