2006S07-Rezoning-15.927 ORDINANCE NO. 06-$-07 AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC) ORDINANCE 96-S-28 BY REZONING 15.927:!: ACRES OUT OF THE TORRIBO HERRERA NO. 68 SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 153, IN GUADALUPE COUNTY, SCHERTZ, TEXAS FROM GENERAL BUSINESS (GB) AND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT-2 (R-2) TO RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT-7 (R-7); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner. SECTION I "Rezoning 15.927:!: acres being situated out of the Torribo Herrera No. 68 Survey, Abstract No. 153, Guadalupe County, Schertz Texas, more particularly described in the Field Notes and Map, as attached hereto as Exhibit A, from General Business (GB) and Residential District-2 (R-2) to Residential District-7 (R-7)."
