AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS, APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF THE CITY'S
LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN, AND
IMPACT FEES; PROVIDING THAT THE CITY'S CAPITAL
RECOVERY FEES FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER SERVICES PER
LIVING UNIT EQUIVALENT BE AMENDED; AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. I1-R-36 AND ORDINANCE NO.OS-M-43;
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
Section I
The City Council of the City of Schertz hereby approves the amended land use
assumptions, capital improvements plan, and impact fees for 2011 as presented by the City
engineer to City Council.
Section II
The current schedule of Capital Recovery Fees for Water and Wastewater Service per
Living Unit Equivalent ("LUE"} is hereby amended as follows:
Water Capital Recovery Fee per LUE $2,934A0
Wastewater Capital Recovery Fee per LUE $1,668.00
Section III
Exhibit A to Resolution No. 11-R-36 is hereby amended to conforrn to the amended
Water and Wastewater Capital Recovery Fees per LUE set forth in Section II above and
Section II of Resolution No. 11-R-36 and Section 3 of Ordinance No. 08-M-43 are hereby
amended to confirm that the schedule of fees for City goods and services in effect from time to
time shall be the schedule set forth in Exhibit A to the most recent Resolution of the City
establishing such schedule of fees pursuant to Ordinance No. OS-M-43, that most recent
Resolution and Exhibit A currently being Resolution No. I 1-R-36, as amended by this
Ordinance.
Section IV
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section V

The provisions of this Ordinance shall be in force and effective as of the date of its final
reading and any publication required by law.
