Services Director Michelle Sanchez Misty Nichols, Senior Planner (General C©mments) CALL TO ORIIER SPECIAL MEETING Cali to Order by each Governing Body: Chair David Richmond called the Special Joint Planning & Zoning meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. City Council and the Economic Development Corporation were not able to call their meeting to order as they did not have a quorum. 2a Presentationldiscussion and possible action by one or more of the Governing Bodies regarding the Gateway Planning Projects. Council, Planning and Zoning Commission and Economic Development Corporation members were briefed by Gateway Planning representative Jaye Narayana regarding the proposed framework for North and South Schertz.
