AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING
SECTION 86-89 TRAFFIC LIGHT LOCATIONS, AND PROVIDING A
REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE-CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT, Chapter 86 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended
as follows:
"Section, 86-89 TRAFFIC LIGHT LOCATIONS"
"The following electrical traffic-control signals within the corporate limits of the city are hereby
established as official electrical traffic-control signals in full signal operation at such street
intersections":
(13) Intersection of Farm Market 1518 and Lower Seguin Road
{14) Intersection of Farrrz Market 78 and River Road
SECTION II
THAT, all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
