TRANSPORTATION SAFETY ADVISORY COMMISSION
MINUTES
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1, 20115:30 P.M.
The Transportation Safety Advisory Commission (TSAC) convened on December 1, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. in
the Council Chamber Conference Room, Building #4, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, Texas 78154.
Call to order at 5:30 p.m. by Steve Bish, chairperson.

HEARING OF RESIDENTS: No residents present
1. Minutes - Consideration and/or action regarding the approval of the minutes for December 1,
2011. Motion to accept December 1, 2011 minutes by Michael Goos and second by John
Ostrowski -All Ayes- Motion passed
2. TSAC meetimr time: Consideration and/or action regarding the possibility of changing the
meeting time from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Commissioner) After a short discussion the commissioners
agreed to leave the meeting time set for 5:30 p.m.
Motion to close by: Max Hernandez and second to close by Bill Bowers - All in favor

Gordon Rae, Commissioners absent Joey Bishop and Byron Sanders- Motion passed
3. City Engineer Report: (City Engineer) Nothing new to report.
4. Items for Next Agenda: Consideration and or action on questions and possible items to be placed
on the next agenda (Commission Members):
John Ostrowski requested that the parking issue on Main St.
Bill Bowers requested that speeding issue in Lone Oak subdivision specifically on Cloverleaf and
Roundtree.
5. Staff Comments: Nothing
6. Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by William Rumfelt second by Mike Goos - All Ayes - Motion
passed. Time: 5:47 P.M.
