Municipal Complex, Council Chambers, 1400 Schertz Parkway Building #4, Schertz, Texas.

Mr. Evans called the meeting to order at 6:00 P,M.

Mr. Dahle was seated as a voting member.

4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Minutes for August 22, 2012.
B. PC2U12-036 Misty Woods Subdivision -Final. Plat
Consider and act upon a request for approval of a final plat and vacation of a l6' sanitary sewer
easement for the Misty Woods Subdivision of I2.15 acres, located on Schertz Parkway approximately
770 feet north of Live Oak Road.
Mr. Greenwald moved to approve the consent items as presented. Mr. Dahle seconded the motion.
Vote was 4-0-1 with Mr. Evans abstaining. Motion carried.
5. REQUESTS AND ANNOUNCEiVIENTS:
A. Requests by Commissioners to place items on a future Planning and Zoning Agenda.
