I hereby voluntarily waive the right to have the City take action on the plat within thirty
(30) days of the submittal date of the plat, as required in Section 212.009 of the Texas
Local Government Code.
I understand that the plat and associated plans must be submitted to the Planning and
Zoning office at least ten (10) business days prior to the desired meeting to provide
adequate time for staff review and scheduling purposes.
