The Commission can only discuss items that are on the agenda. Discussion by the Commission of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements of specific information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place the item on a future agenda. Minutes: Consideration and/or action regarding the approval of March 7, 2013 minutes (Engineering/Public Works) 3. 1222 Borgfeld Road -Merritt Lakeside Senior Village: Traffic in front of complex is going too fast for residents to exit either direction on to Borgfeld Road. Residents of both Merritt Lakeside Senior Village and Dove Meadows Subdivision Unit #1 have submitted their names supporting the request to have the speed limit reduced on Borgfeld Road. Consideration and/or action regarding speed limit reduction. (Engineering/Public Works) 4. Board/Committee Communication: Establish better communication between different boards (Parks, Planning & Zoning (P&Z), Board of Adjustments (BOA) and Transportation Safety Advisory Commission (TDAS) that would have the same interest on agenda items.
