A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE CONTACT INFORMATION
AMENDMENT FORM AND PROCESS, AND OTHER MATTERS IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz (the "City"} and the City of Scheztz Economic
Development Corporation (the "SEDC") have entered into Development/Incentive Agreezxzents
("Agreements") with certain Scheztz businesses under Section 312 and/or Section 380 of the
Texas Property Tax Code; and
WHEREAS, the Agreements require that notices be delivez•ed froze time to tune to
specific addresses and/ar individuals; and
WHEREAS, a foz7n Contact Irzfozmation Amendment (the "An~endznent"} has been
created to amend contact infarzrzation and to identify certifying offzcezs for the Agreements;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to
authorize the Amendment attached hezeto as Exhibit A.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
THAT:
Section l . The City Council hereby authorizes the President (or the Vice President in
the President's absence} of the SEDC and the City Manager of the City, or his designee, to
execute and deliver Amendments for particular Agreements in substantially the form set forth on
Exhibit A. No further approval shall be required by the City Council.
Section 2. The recitals contained in the preamble hereof are hereby found to be true,
and such recitals are hereby made a paz•t of this Resolution for all puzposes and are adopted as a
part of the judgment azzd findings of the City Council.
Section 3. All resolutions, or pants thereof, which are in conflict or inconsistent with
any provision of this Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict, and the
provisions of this Resolution shall be and remain controlling as to the matters resolved herein.
Section 4. This Resolution shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the
laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America.
Section 5. If any provision of this Resolution or the application thereof to any person
or circumstance shall be held to 6e invalid, the remainder of this Resolution and the application
of such provision to other persons and circumstances shall nevez•theiess be valid, and the City
Council hereby declares that this Resolution would have been enacted without such invalid
provision.

This Amendment bas been approved in form by the City of Sehertz (the "City") and the City of
Schertz Economic Development Corporation (the "SEDC") as an amendment to update contact
information for an existing Agreement dated ,
(the "Agreement"} among the City, the SEDC, and your organization (the "Company"}. The
information you provide below will be used for all notices to be provided to the Company under
the Agreement.
