A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS CASTING VOTES TO ELECT DIRECTORS FOR
THE COMAL COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR THE 2014 -2015
TERM.
WHEREAS, section 6.03(k), of the Texas Property Tax Code, as amended by 11132043,
requires that each taxing unit entitled to vote cast their votes by Resolution and submit results of
that vote to the Chief Appraiser of the Comal County Appraisal District on or before December
15, 2013.
THEREFORE, THE City of Schertz, Schertz Texas submits the attached Official Ballot,
as issued by the Chief Appraiser, stating the votes for candidates for the election of the Board of
Directors for the Comal County Appraisal District for 2014 -2015.
ACTION TAKEN this 3rd day of December 2013, in Regular Session of the governing
body of the above mentioned taxing unit; as authorized under Section 6.03(k) of the Texas
Property Tax Code, and amended by HB2043, for the put-pose of casting votes to elect the Board
of Directors of the Comal County Appraisal District.
