Presentations should be limited to no more than 5 minutes. Each person should fill out the Speaker’s register prior to the meeting and give it to the Chair. The Commission can only discuss items that are on the agenda. Discussion by the Commission of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements of specific information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place the item on a future agenda. The presiding officer, during the Hearing of Residents portion of the agenda, will call on those persons who have signed up to speak in the order they have registered. 1. Minutes: Consideration and/or action regarding the approval of the minutes of the November 7, 2013 Regular Meeting. 2. Street Project Update: Update regarding the current City Street Bond Projects. (Engineering/Public Works) 3. Schertz Parkway and Elbel Road School Zone Update: Update regarding the status of the Schertz Parkway School Zone and Elbel School Zone changes and upgrades to crosswalk. (Engineering/Public Works) 4. Landscape Islands in the Greenshire Subdivision: Discussion and update to TSAC regarding the direction of City Council on possible parking restrictions around the landscape island in the Greenshire Subdivision. (Engineering/Public Works) 5. Silvertree Blvd. Update: Discussion regarding speeding, sight, and parking issues on Silvertree Blvd. (Engineering/Public Works) 6.
