BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ.
TEXAS AMENDING SECTION V OF ORDINANCE NO.
II - M- 1

WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Schertz. Texas
feel the fees for ballpark and swimming pool facility usage need
to be considered yearly. NOW THEREFORE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ. TEXAS:
THAT Section V of Ordinance no. 77-M-l. dated the 15th
day of February 1977 be amended to read as follows:
"SECTION V - That the use and regulations of and the fee
to be charged for the Ballfield and
Swimming Pool Facilities be considered
yearly in January".
