AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 2-2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the moving of muniicpal operations into a new
Municipal Building necessitates certain amendments to the Administrative
codes of the City of Schertz, Texas, as outlined and defined in Chapter 2
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
I
That Section 2-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Schertz, Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows:
(a) The regular meetings of the city council shall be held
on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, com-
mencing at 7:00 p.m. Such meetings shall be held at

(b) Any special meetings of the city council shall also be
held at 1400 tive pak Road, in the city, unless other-

The public importance of this measure constitutes and creates
an urgent necessity requiring that this ordinance be passed and take
effect as an emergency measure; and take effect and be in force immediately
upon and after its passage.
