77-T-7
AN ORDINANCE
APPOINTING A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR THE
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AND FIXING THE TIME
FOR THE MEETING OF SUCH BOARD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas in
the exercise of its discretion, has determined that the best interests
of the City of Schertz will be served by appointing three (3) commission-
ers, each a qualified voter, a resident and property owner of the City
of Schertz, Texas, to act as the Board of Equalization of said City:
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT
Merwin G. Wilman
Richard M. Mansfield
Oscar Kramer
John B. McClure (alternate)
each of whom is a qualified voter, resident and property owner of the
City of Schertz, Texas, be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners
to act as the Board of Equalization of said City.
II
The Board of Equalization of said City shall meet and convene
on the 8th day of August , 1977
at 9:00 o'clock A.M. to receive the assessment lists
and books of the Assessor of the City for examination, correction,
equalization, appraisement, and approval and shall remain in session
from day to day and from time to time until adjourned i.by proper order
of said Board.
