AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING
SECTION 18-32, STOP INTERSECTIONS, AND SECTION
18-35, YIELD INTERSECTIONS; AND PROVIDING A
REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION
THAT, Section 18-32 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz,
Texas be amended as follows:
"Section 18-32, Stop Intersections
Add the following as Stop Intersections:
Through Streets
Cross or Stop Streets
Brooks
Mitchell
Brooks
Mitchell
Marilyn
Marilyn
Marilyn
Elm
Elm
Beacon
Beacon
Linda Court
Melissa Court
Sharon Court
SECTION II
THAT, Section 18-35 of the Code of Ordinances,
Texas be amended as follows:
Section 18-35, Yield Intersections
Delete the following as Yield Right-of-Way Intersections:
Right-of-Way Street

Brooks Elm
Mitchell Elm
Brooks Beacon
Mitchell Beacon
