CALL TO ORDER:
HEARING OF RESIDENTS
This time is reserved for any person who wishes to address the Library Advisory Board. Presentations should be limited to no more than 5 minutes.
The Board can only discuss items that are on the agenda. Discussion by the Board of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements
of specific factual information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place
the item on a future agenda.

1. Minutes - Consideration and/or action regarding the approval of the minutes of January 5, 2015
2. Treasurer’s Report – Consideration and/or action approving the December 2014 Treasurer’s Report
3. Librarians’ Report – Librarian will report on the following items:
• December 2014 Library usage statistics
• General operation of library during previous months
4. Bookstore Report – Report on the following items:
• General operation of the bookstore during previous months
• Planning for upcoming Feb 20-21 book sale
DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION
5. Purchase of Library Materials—Discussion and possible action regarding the purchase of new non-fiction
materials for the adult collection and DVD and streaming video materials for the juvenile collection.
