The Schertz Planning and Zoning Commission convened on March 11, 2015 at the Municipal
Complex, Council Chambers, 1400 Schertz Parkway Building #4, Schertz, Texas.

1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mr. Richmond called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
2. HEARING OF RESIDENTS
• No one spoke.
3. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Minutes for February 11, 2015 Meeting.
B. Consider and act upon a request for approval of a final plat of San Antonio Machine and
Welding Subdivision, an approximately 7 acre tract of land situated in the J. Saladin Survey
No. 404, Abstract No. 229, City of Schertz, Guadalupe County, Texas, located at 18115 IH -35
North.
Mr. Crawford moved to approve both items on the consent agenda. Mr. Glombik seconded the
motion. Vote was 6 -0. Motion carried.
4. REQUESTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
A. Requests by Commissioners to place items on a future Planning and Zoning Agenda.
• Mr. Richmond stated that Staff is working on items for upcoming agendas.
B. Announcements by Commissioners.
• Mr. Evans stated that the Schertz Clean Up started this week.
C. Announcements by City Staff.

Mr. Cox stated that a representative from Guadalupe Environmental Health will give a
presentation on the septic permitting process for Guadalupe County.
Mr. James stated that at the next meeting residential single family home process that
Mr. Dahle requested at a previous meeting. Staff will discuss the thoroughfare plan
impact fee update at the first meeting in April.
