AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING
SECTION 18-32, STOP INTERSECTIONS AND SECTION
18~35, YIELD INTERSECTIONS; AND PROVIDING A
REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT, Section 18-32 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz,
Texas be amended as follows:
"Section 18-32, Stop Intersections
Through Streets
Cross or Stop Streets
Maple Drive Beacon
SECTION II
THAT, Section 18-35 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz,
Texas be amended as follows:
Section 18-35, Yield Intersections
Delete Beacon as a Yield Street."
THAT, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance
are hereby repealed.
