Presentations should be limited to no more than 3 minutes. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body, and not to any individual member thereof. Ordinance No. 15-E-22 – Consideration and/or action approving an Ordinance calling a General and Special Election to be held in the City of Schertz on November 3, 2015 for the purpose of electing Councilmembers for Places 3, 4 and 5 and calling a Home Rule Charter Amendment Election to be held in the City on such date; making provision for the conduct of the election; authorizing contracts with the Elections Administrators of Bexar and Guadalupe Counties to conduct this election; authorizing the election to be held as a Joint Election. Ordinance No. 15-E-23 – Consideration and/or action approving an Ordinance calling a Bond Election to be held in the City of Schertz, Texas; making provision for the conduct of a Joint election; and resolving other matters incident and related to such election.
