HEARING OF RESIDENTS
This time is reserved for any person who wishes to address the Library Advisory Board. Presentations should be limited to no more than 5 minutes.
The Board can only discuss items that are on the agenda. Discussion by the Board of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements
of specific factual information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place
the item on a future agenda.

2. Treasurer’s Report – Consideration and/or action approving the September 2015 Treasurer’s Report
3. Librarians’ Report – Librarian will report on the following items:
• September 2015 Library usage statistics
• Library operation and items of interest
4. Bookstore Report – Bookstore Manager will report on the following items:
• General operation of the bookstore during previous month
• Discussion on holiday hours
5. Update on Mayor’s Committee – Howson Lau

6. Winter and Summer Reading Club—Discussion and possible action on funding for upcoming reading clubs.
7. Survey Results—Presentation of library’s customer feedback survey results.
