MAYOR PRO TEMPORE During its meeting of Janu ay 12, 2016, during deliberations following the taking up of a properly posted item on the. agenda for both discussion and action, the Schertz City Council established, by majority vote, pursuant to Article 5, Section 5. 1, Subsections (4), (b) and (g),. its standing rule for appointing a Mayor Pro T6mpore: 1.
