On this, the 28t` day of May, 2015, the Cibolo Valley Local Government Corporation (CVLGC) convened
held a Special Joint Workshop at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Schertz at 1400 Schertz
Parkway, Building #4, Schertz, Texas.

The first order of business was to Call the Meeting to Order -- Justin Murray ^- President — CVLGC
President Murray called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.

b) City of Schertz — called to order by Mayor Michael Carpenter at 6:33 PM, as a quorum was
present
Councilmember Jim Russell with tl)e City of Cibolo arrived at 6:40 PM tlgus a quorum for City of Cibolo Maras present. Mayor
Lisa Jackson called their joint meeting to order at 6:41 PM.
The second order of business Welcome — Mr. Michael Carpenter — Mawr — City of Schertz
Mayor Carpenter welcomed and thanked those in attendance. He stated that this had been a long time
coming (the partnership between Cibolo and Schertz). This was an opportunity for both communities, as
well as, the potential for surrounding areas to benefit from a water project.
The third order of business was Introductions — Justin Murr,a — President — CVLGC
Mayor Carpenter introduced CVLGC President Justin Murray. CVLGC Secretary Lesley Pedde and
Treasurer Steve White introduced themselves.
The fourth order of business was CVLGC Water Develol2ment Project in Wilson Coun r — Alan
