CALL TO ORDER:
HEARING OF RESIDENTS
This time is reserved for any person who wishes to address the Library Advisory Board. Presentations should be limited to no more than 5 minutes.
The Board can only discuss items that are on the agenda. Discussion by the Board of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements
of specific factual information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place
the item on a future agenda.

1. Minutes - Consideration and/or action regarding the approval of the minutes of May 2, 2016
2. Treasurer’s Report – Consideration and/or action approving the April 2016 Treasurer’s Report
3. Librarians’ Report – Librarian will report on the following items:
• SRC presentation
• April 2016 Library usage statistics
• Update on materials purchasing
• Update on Finance audit
• Update on Signpost
• Library operation and other items of interest
4. Bookstore Report – Bookstore Manager will report on the following items:
• General operation of the bookstore during previous month
5. CCAB (Committee of Committees Advisory Board) Update – Shonale Burke
6. City of Schertz Strategic Plan – Questions from LAB members (if any)
DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION
7. Library Board Appointments and Officer Election—Notification of reappointments and discussion and
possible action on officer positions
8. Library Foundation Fundraiser—Discussion and possible action on providing support to Foundation’s
Mini Golf Fundraiser.
9. LAB Budget – Discussion and possible action on FY17 budget.
